These terms explain what you get when you join the Friday Mystery Club and your rights. They're written to be read - if anything is unclear, email us.

1. Who we are

Friday Mystery Club is a trading name of Stoneledger Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17481774. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at [email protected]. "We", "us" and "our" mean Stoneledger Limited.

2. What you're buying

• Twelve printable mystery packs ("packs"), as PDF files sent by email. Each pack has about 8 illustrated A4 pages.
• Week 1 is sent as soon as your payment is confirmed. Week 2 is sent at about 7am on the first Thursday at least five days after you join, then one pack each Thursday after that - ready for Friday - until you have had all 12.
• If you buy another collection while your current one is still arriving, its Week 1 is sent on the Thursday after your last pack - or straight away, if you choose - then one pack each Thursday.
• The pictures on our website are taken from the packs. The packs you receive may differ a little in design, but they will be as described.
• The packs are for children aged about 5 to 8 to enjoy with a grown-up nearby. Some craft activities use scissors, glue or glitter - please supervise young children.
• You'll need a device that opens PDF files and a printer.

3. Price and payment

• The price is £5, once. That is the total price: there is nothing else to pay. It is not a subscription and we will never charge you again for these 12 packs.
• Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. We never see or keep your card details.
• Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm your order.
• You must be 18 or over to buy, and the packs are for use in your own household - or, for a gift, the household you give them to (section 9).

4. Your right to cancel

When you buy online you normally have 14 days to change your mind. The packs are digital content, and Week 1 is sent straight away. So when you order we ask you to agree that Week 1 is sent immediately, and to confirm that you understand you then lose your right to cancel. Once Week 1 has been sent, the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies.

If your Week 1 is due on a later date - a gift (section 9), or a collection that follows on from the one you have - you agree that it is sent on that date and that you then lose your right to cancel. Until it is sent, you can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund.

This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with a pack (section 5).

5. If something is wrong

• The law (the Consumer Rights Act 2015) says the packs must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
• If a pack doesn't arrive or something is wrong with it, tell us. We'll fix it or send it again, and if we can't, we'll refund you all or part of the price, depending on the problem.
• If, for a reason on our side, we can't send all 12 packs, we'll refund the part of the price for the packs you haven't had.
• If a pack we supplied damages your device or other digital content because we didn't use reasonable care and skill, we'll repair the damage or compensate you.

6. Using the packs

• You may print as many copies as your household needs, for your family's own use.
• Please don't share, sell, upload or pass the files on, or use them in a school, club or business, without our written permission. Teachers - we'd love to hear from you.
• We, or the people who license material to us, own the copyright in the packs.

7. Our emails

• Your packs, your receipt and messages about your order come by email. They are part of what you've bought.
• We may also email you news about new Friday Mystery Club collections, unless you ticked the box saying no when you joined. Every one of those emails has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Download links keep working for at least 12 months after your last pack. Please save the files you want to keep.

8. Our responsibility to you

• If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that, up to the price you paid, except as set out next.
• We do not limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• The packs are for household use, so we are not responsible for any business losses.

9. Gifts

• You can buy the club as a gift for another family. You give us the email address of the child's parent or carer, the date it should start and the name (and message, if you like) for the gift card. You get your receipt and a printable gift card.
• Week 1 is sent to them on the start date - straight away, or at 7am on the date you choose - and Week 2 on the first Thursday at least five days later, then one pack each Thursday until they have had all 12.
• Please only give us an email address you're sure the family is happy for you to share. We use it only to send the 12 packs and messages about them - never for news or anything else - and we tell them the gift is from you, using the name you give.
• When you buy a gift you agree that Week 1 is sent to them on the start date, and that once it is sent you lose your 14-day right to cancel. Until then, you can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund.
• To change the start date or their email address, reply to your receipt before the start date. If their email address doesn't work, we'll let you know so you can give us the right one.
• The family receiving the gift can print copies for their own household (section 6), and can ask us to stop the emails at any time.

10. Questions, complaints and the law

• Email [email protected]. We aim to reply within five working days.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
• The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you ordered.
